A July Catchup

Phoenix55 Fostering Service had a busy month in July, we attended two pride events and celebrated Phoenix55 Fostering Service's one year of being registered with CIW

July has been a busy month for the Phoenix55 Fostering Service team and to kick the month off we celebrated our one year anniversary of being registered with CIW and while this was a day for celebration we also took the time to reflect on all we have done and achieved this past year from and all those who have helped us get to here from our fabulous team of foster parents and panel members to the people who take the time to like, comment and share our social media posts.

Next up we had a very exciting opportunity! We had Danger Point come in and do a podcast with us and what amazing work they do! It was so interesting learning about what they do and implore you to give the episode a listen and check out their website! Danger Point is an affordable, family friendly day out, and practically on your doorstep. Since then we have been back on the podcast grind and have now released a few more episodes aaaaand we have some more exciting opportunities in the works so keep an eye out as we have lots to more to come. Another opportunity came along and has been ongoing since the beginning of July we now have two bus adverts running so keep an eye out and if you’re a frequent bus rider your next bus ride could be featuring our signature green phoenix!

Another celebration worthy occasion occurred this month our office coordinator, Anastasia, and one of our amazing foster parents successfully passed and graduated from their degrees.

And to wrap things up we finished off the month with two wonderful pride events, one in Llangefni and one in Wrexham. It was such a privilege to be part of these events, they were both organized amazingly and we cannot wait to be back next year.
